Salon policies



If you are thinking of booking an appointment, Please read the following information.

How to book with me.
Please contact me on 07528788887 or message through Facebook.
Please give your:
- Name, (Age if under 18).
- What treatment you would like. 
- A rough idea of dates and times you would be available.
- Please can you mention if you will be requiring a removal or if you are likely to have nail art so I can book out the correct amount of time.

My working hours currently

Mon - 9am-3pm - 6pm-9pm

Tues - 9am-3pm - 6pm-9pm

Wed - 9am-3pm - 6pm-9pm

Thurs - 9am-3pm

Fri - 9am-3pm



Allaboutnailz has a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your appointment I will require you to call me on 07528788887  or re-schedule/cancel your appointment on Fresha online booking within 24 hours ahead of your appointment time slot.


• If you fail to show up to your appointment 30% will be charged in case of late cancellation within 24 hours, 50% fee will be charged in case of no show


Please arrive on time. If there is a car in the clients car parking space I am likely still with the previous client. If there is not please wait until at least 5 mins before your appointment time. as that 10 minutes gap may be a lunch break or cleaning up between clients.

Space is limited in the cabin so do try not to bring guests.

Aftercare is always discussed at your first appointment and a takeaway leaflet will be given to you/or sent to you on how to achieve long lasting nails.

The minimum age for a gel polish is 14 for acrylics its 16 years old. However under 18 year olds must have an adult present for the duration of the appointment.


Problems occurring within 48 hours of the appointment will get a free repair after a consultation.

Any repairs after that will incur a charge.

If you have any problems please contact me as leaving it may cause damage do not lift or pick your nail product off as this will cause more damage.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your treatment please call within 48 hours and we will be happy to see to any problems.

We do not offer refunds only repairs. We will not offer alternative treatments only rectify the original set of nails. We will not redo if you are unhappy with your colour choice.

We will not repair/infill or remove another salons acrylic that is because we do not know the products used and if there is damage under we need to see it before working on your nails.

This is not applicable to gel polish removal.



We accept cash, online transfer and have a card payment machine. If you do decide to do an online transfer. It must be done before leaving the cabin.
