Terms and conditions and policies

To provide the best and most efficient service at Allaboutnailz, there are some Terms & Conditions in place for every service/treatment and purchase, so that you're able to receive the best possible experience. Should you have any queries please get in touch.

APPOINTMENT DURATION/WORKING HOURS

The number of minutes we have listed next to each service on the website and any other places is a guidance only. The service may last longer or shorter depending on factors including, but not limited to, the conditions of your nails, colour or art chosen.

Working hours

Mon - 9am-3pm - 6pm-9pm

Tues - 9am-3pm - 6pm-9pm

Wed - 9am-3pm - 6pm-9pm

Thur - 9am-3pm

Fri  -   9am-3pm

I always do my best to be flexible and accommodate my clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Allaboutnailz has a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your appointment I will require you to call me on 07528788887, message me through my Allaboutnailz Facebook page or re-schedule/cancel your appointment on Fresha online booking 24 hours or more ahead of your appointment time slot.

 

  • In case of late cancellation within 24 hours, 50% fee will be charged.

  • If you fail to show up to your appointment 100% will be charged.

NO SHOW

If you fail to arrive to your appointment as per my cancellation policy you will be charged 100% of the treatment(s) you were booked in for. I hope you understand that its a big loss in reserved time and income and potential disappointment for clients waiting for an appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please ensure you arrive to your appointment on time if you wait in your car I will come out and meet you and bring you in at the time of your appointment. . If you do arrive early please text on 07528788887 and wait out the front or in you car, if I'm ready I will let you know and come and meet you. If you arrive more then 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to adjust your appointment to be able to finish in your time slot. The full treatment price will still be charged. If your appointment cant be completed. It will be cancelled and 100% will be charged.

REFUND POLICY

If you have any problems please contact me before removing the product or visiting another professional. Do not lift or pick your nail product off as this will cause more damage. I must see photos in order to help or resolve the issue for you. We do not offer refunds only repairs. We will not offer alternative treatments only rectify the original set of nails. We will not redo if you are unhappy with your colour choice. We do not put a timescale on treatment longevity. Aftercare is always discussed at your first appointment and a takeaway leaflet will be given to you/or sent to you on how to achieve long lasting nails.

PAYMENTS

Payment is to be made at the end of your treatment. We accept cash, online transfer and have a card payment machine. If you do decide to do an online transfer it must be done before leaving the cabin.

GIFT VOUCHERS

All gift vouchers are non -refundable. They can be used against any service or product. If the total is higher then the amount can be made up by using cash/online transfer or card machine. Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash. All vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

PRICES

All prices are subject to change without notice should my supplier change theirs. Please see my online booking system for the current prices.

AGE LIMITATIONS

The minimum age for acrylics its 18 years old and for a gel polish is 14 . However under 18 year olds must have an adult present for the duration of the appointment.

NEW CLIENTS

All new clients to Allaboutnailz will need to fill in a consultation form which is stored in a locked cabinet.

We will not repair/infill or remove another salons acrylic that is because we do not know the products used and if there is damage under we need to see it before working on your nails.

GUESTS

Space is limited in the cabin so please try to come alone to your appt. Due to having chemicals in the cabin I have a no children policy. This also helps you to enjoy your me time.
